SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. – Leading casual MMO and virtual world developer/publisher Trilogy Studios has signed a lease for an 8,180 square foot office space in the TriCenter Plaza in Sherman Oaks, Calif. Three times the size of Trilogy’s current workspace, the new office space will accommodate their rapidly growing team. Total consideration for the five-year lease was $1.25 million.
Since their inception in the fall of 2005, Trilogy Studios has seen tremendous growth, having partnered with several major media companies to create virtual worlds based on their brands. As the Trilogy team outgrew their warehouse facility in Santa Monica, they began looking for a new space that retained the open, creative atmosphere without requiring significant redesigns. Scott Romick and Ron Feder, Principals at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc., found the perfect solution for Trilogy Studios in 5990 Sepulveda Blvd.
“Ron Feder and I were able to find a space that had already been built out for an advertising agency tenant who was unable to take occupancy, and that allowed Trilogy to have the customized space it needs with minimal build-out,” said Romick.
“This move represents an exciting next chapter for Trilogy,” said Michael Pole, CEO of Trilogy Studios. “It was important we find a space that not only meets our growing personnel needs, but also provides an atmosphere for creativity, and we have found it in this property.”
The landlord, Jamison Services, was represented in house by John Lee.
